Baja Citris Chicken w/Parmesan Risotto

This is a great recipe....your roomate, girlfriend or life partner will think you went to chef school. So make sure you throw away the convicting evidence after you are done cooking.

• Once again, steal 3 or 4 pieces of chicken from roommate or your mom and marinade chicken (overnite is best) in 1 pac of McCormick Grill Mates Baja Citris Marinade. Grill or oven broil. You'll need a little oil and vineger for the marinade.
  
• One box of Chef's Originals Parmesan Risotto (from your grocery store) follow instructions, you'll need a little butter for this too.
• and of course a don't forget the frosty cold beverage.

Sneek peek of the new chumbucket lid

Chumbucket users have repeatedly requested that Youchum research & development scientists come up with a lid for the chumbucket..... making eating on the go easier and keeping your goodies fresh longer. Well the COG's (corporate old guys) finally listened and what you see here is a sneek preview of the first lid in the test laboratory. Some have said it looks like a garbage lid. Hey! Maybe you are eating garbage?? A anonomous source is quoted as saying "real soon" as to the lids availability. Wow...just think....no more spilled spaghetti on the floor of your car cuz of texting while driving and grandma is standing in the middle of the street.

Ralph's vacation on the lake

The babes seem to follow Ralph everywhere he goes. It's gotta be his rock hard abs or his colossal biceps. Or maybe it's cuz he handles his food so well. Mac & cheese, salad or a friggin' huge bowl of ice cream. Whatever the reason, Ralph seems to get the attention from the babes. Hope his girlfriend doesn't see this picture.
